Scrape into a gbow. Combine eggs & sour cream and mix lightly. Add to onions and butter. Season with salt, pepper and tabasco sauce. pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and bake for an additional 20 minutes. this pie is delicious. Serve as a side dish with grilled steak or serve with a salad for a luncheon. Always a great hit. Enjoy. |
