1 stick of butter
1 small can of mushrooms
1 medium size onion (chopped)
2 small bags of frozen broccoli or one bunch
of fresh broccoli
1 cup of cooked minute rice
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 jar of cheese whiz
1/2 to 3/4 cup milk
Saute butter, onions and mushrooms. Pour into bowl, add one jar of cheese whiz, milk and cream of mushroom soup. Stir until melted then add rice; stir until well mixed.
Cook broccoi if using fresh; if using frozen place in 9 x 13 baking dish (glass works best). Pour mixture over broccoli spread evenly, bake in preheated on 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot, this is absolutely delicious. |
