Cookbook Title: LOVE THAT COOK!!!
Item ID: | 09989 | Abstract: | This cookbook began when my daughter suggested that I write down all of the recipes that I had come up with in over 30 years of cooking for family and friends. My friends all wanted lots of appetizers since we are at the age where it is fun to have people over for a casual night. All of the recipes are either mine, friend's, or family's, and have been tested and tweaked over the years. The cover art and each of the 7 dividers are copies of original paintings of mine, featuring hearts since the cookbook is titled "Love That Cook!!!" Enjoy!!! | Contact Information: | Cathryn Berry cathyberry@suddenlink.net | Price: | $20.00 | Recipe Sample: | Sausage and Egg Crescent Squares 2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls 2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese-grated 1 pound hot sausage-cooked 2 eggs In a greased 9x13 casserole dish, unroll one package of crescent rolls and place on the bottom, pressing seams together to cover the dish. Beat eggs and mix with cooked sausage. Spread in dish evenly. Sprinkle cheese on next. Cover entire casserole with the other package of crescent rolls. Do not worry if some of the edges are not covered, as it will spread out when cooking. Bake immediately at 375` for 12-14 minutes or until top is golden brown. Remove and cut into squares. (This dish cannot be made the night before, but you can cook the sausage and mix with the eggs ahead of time.) Serves:8 |
