Along with our delicious recipes, we have included a collection of favorite prayers and "words of wisdom", also a list of contributors and recipe index, cooking hints & tips, microwave shortcuts, cooking & food terms, ingredient substitutions, yields & equivalents, general oven chart, meats seasoning & marinades. meats doneness chart, candy making chart, herbs & spices, cooking vegetables, counting calories, napkin folding and of course how to set the table- and our wonderful advertisers. Our book features original artwork depicting the shore. The laminated cover photograph is the ocean beach in Lavallette, NJ. Our three ring binder also includes a "recipe pocket" so you can save a favorite recipe. At the end of each section there is a place to record your favorite recipes. There are 7 sections in all- with the updated rounded tabs.
St. Joseph's Rosary-Altar Society has been apart of the Catholic Community of St. Joseph's for 85 years. Our parish community celebrated 126 years in Christ October 30, 2009. The Rosary-Altar Society provides financial support to the church and various parish projects.

1c. Real mayonnaise
1c. Swiss cheese, chopped
Preheat oven 375
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Spread into 8 inch square baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool slightly.
Serve with Triscuits crackers. |
