1 bag extra wide egg noodles
1 1b. ground beef
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pkg. large velveeta cheese (cut into cubed pieces)
Salt, pepper to taste
Brown ground beef (season to taste while browning and drain when complete). Boil egg noodles per directions on bag to desired tenderness. Don't boil noodles too much. You don't want them too soft, just tender. Drain when complete. Mix all ingredients together, put it in a casserole dish and bake in oven on 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. |
