4 C. mashed yams
1 C. sugar
4 eggs
1 to 1 1/2 C butter
2 C. Pet evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie seasoning
Mix all ingredients together and place in large 10" x 13" casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Topping:
1 1/2 C. corn flakes, crushed
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. butter
Mix together and place on top of casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. |
