Gently stir in potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Check after 45 minutes. If soup is browning on top, cover for remaining 15 minutes. After placing in bowls, add any of the following topings: Crisp crumbled bacon, grated cheese or chopped green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. |
