Item ID: | 10770 | Abstract: | Please take a look at the treasured recipes of our senior living community. | Contact Information: | Jesse Arnold or Tim Shelly (507) 535-2008 homestead@aviands.com | Price: | $12.00 | Recipe Sample: | UNCLE JESSE’S BABYBACK RIBS 5 to 6 lb. ribs (raw; usually come 1.5 to 2 lb. per rib) Marinade: 1 c. soy sauce 1 tsp. black pepper 1 c. Worcestershire sauce 3 c. water 1 tsp. garlic powder
Cut ribs in half and place in roasting pan. Mix all Marinade ingredients together and pour over ribs. Make sure ribs are covered completely. Add additional water, if needed. Let ribs marinate for 12 hours and then cover pan with foil and bake in oven for 3 hours at 325°. After ribs have baked for 3 hours, take ribs out and drain marinade. Let ribs cool for 1/2 hour and then dip in barbecue sauce (thin down sauce so not so thick). Then dip ribs in sauce and place on sheet pan and bake in oven at 325° until hot. Jesse Arnold |
