CRANBERRY APPLE-CIDER SALAD
2 Cup Apple Cider(can use apple Juice if you desire)
2- 3 ounce pkg.Cranberry Jello
1 -16 ounce Can of Whole Berry Cranberry sauce
1-Large Can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
Heat juice to boil.Then dissolve jello.After dissolving jello in cider or juice,add pineapple and cranberry sauce(I mash up the cranberry sauce on saucer with fork before adding to mixture)Let set until firm.Then add topping.
Topping:1- 3 ounce Cream Cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup Mayonnaise(I use Hellman's)Beat all together and put on top of salad.Delicious with any meat! |
