8 Navel Orange's peled and chopped
2 -15 ounce cans chunk Pineapple -Save Juice
4 bananas sliced
3/4 cup pecans
1 package frozen coconut
1 small bottle red marachino cherries,drained
raisins ,optional
2 teaspoon Orange flavoring
2 teaspoon Coconut flavoring
2 cup sugar
2 cup grapes-I use black seedless when available
Mix all the ingredients together using juice from pineapple.Stir sugar in.Stir often for flavor.Will keep several days in refrigerator.This is a wonderful recipe and very colorful in clear crystal bowl-Great holiday recipe! |
