1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Deluxe Cake Mix
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. oil
4 extra large eggs
1 can mandarin oranges
Mix all together, including the juice from the oranges in a large mixing bowl. Beat well at least two minutes. Bake in 4 layers 15 to 20 minutes at 350~.
Frosting:
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 small box vanilla instant pudding mix
12 oz. tub of cool whip
Mix together the crushed pineapple including the juice with the instant pudding mix and cool whip. Frost cake and refrigerate. |
