3 lbs. ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 (10 to 12 oz.) pkg. Longhorn cheese, shredded 1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives 1 (4 oz.) can salsa 2 doz. hard rolls
Brown ground beef and onion together; drain. Add remaining ingredients except rolls. Pinch bread out of center of rolls. Fill with beef mixture. Wrap each roll in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 2 dozen sandwiches. |
