1 box Pillsbury Cake Mix
2 eggs
1 small container Cool Whip
Powdered sugar in a saucer
Mix all items except powdered sugar. Shape into balls about size of a golf ball. Roll the balls in the powdered sugar. Pat balls to a thickness of about 1/3 to 1/2 inch. Using parchment paper on the cookie sheet bake at 350 degrees for about 6 minutes. Cookies should not be brown. Note: These cookies are a favorite of the Pine Vale children and staff. Mr. Doty always brought strawberry cookies to the children when he visited and the children gobbled them up! Mr. and Mrs. Don Doty
