Boil chicken legs until tender. Cool and remove from bone. Chop Chicken. Combine chopped chicken, chicken broth, liquefied onion, diced tomatoes, vinegar, BBQ sauace, ketchup and hot sauce and simmer. Stir often to keep from sticking. Simmer for 45 minutes, then add corn and cubed, boiled potatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes more. |
