Preheat oven to 350. Grease Bundt pan and lightly flour. Mix cake mix and pudding mix together. In another bowl, mix oil,eggs and water. Add dry ingredients, mixing well before adding sour cream. Fold in chocolate chips and pour in Bundt pan. Bake 40 - 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before dumping. Garnish with berries.
