3 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
3 c. of instant oatmeal
3 large eggs
1 24 oz. jar of spaghetti sauce(save 1/2c.; set aside)
2 small cans mushrooms
1 large white onion, diced
2 small green peppers, diced
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 bag of mini pepperoni
1/4 c. black olives(optional)
1/2 c. banana peppers (optional)
2 16 oz. Shredded pepper jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350*. Combine all ingredients in large bowl, except shredded cheese. Mix all ingredients until well blended using vinyl gloves.
Place mixture into a 9 X 13 pan. Take the 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce and pour over mixture and spread with a spreader. Place in oven and cook for 60 minutes. Take meat loaf out and pour shredded cheese over top of meat loaf and place bake in the oven until cheese is melted remove, cut and serve. Serves 8 to 10 |
