1/4 c maple syrup
2 tsp. Baking soda
1tsp. Cream of tartar
3/4 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
2tsp. Vanilla
3/4 c.butter
2 1/4 c.flour
Cinnamon and sugar to roll balls into
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Make dough into balls and roll in sugar and cinnamon if you have maple sugar Alittle of that is good also. 3. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes 48 cookies.
Sometimes you may need to add more flour if cookies are flat. Enjoy.. |
