Yeast water 1 c. warm water 2 pkg. Rapid Rise Yeast
Mix and set aside. Crisco mixture 1 c. boiling water 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 c. Crisco Mix and set aside. When the above mixture is cool, add the yeast water. Then add: 3 slightly beaten eggs and 6 c. Bread Flour. Mix well and put in a large container and then put in the refrigerator overnight. The dough can be left in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. When ready to bake the rolls, take out of the refrigerator and knead for a few minutes then roll out to about a half inch thick or less. Cut out and put in a pan and brush with melted butter. Put the pans of rolls in a warm place or near a window. Let rise for 3 - 4 hours. Bake at 375°. If convection oven, set convection at 400° and it will automatically drop to 375°. Bake for about 12 - 15 minutes or until light brown. Brush again, with melted butter. This recipe will make about 40 - 50 rolls.
