4 c. cooked chicken - diced 1 c. raw rice, cooked in chicken broth 1/2 c. slivered almonds 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 onion - diced 1 tsp. salt 1 c. mayonnaise 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. celery - diced 4 hard boiled eggs - chopped crushed potato chips
Combine all ingredients, except potato chips. Put in buttered casserole and refrigerate overnight. Remove 1 hour before baking; sprinkle with potato chips. Bake, uncovered @ 350~ for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 12. Submitted by: Edna Shannon |
