6 bone-in pork chops 1/3 c. worcestershire sauce 1/3 c. chili sauce 1 T dijon mustard 2 T balsamic vinegar 1 T dried minced onion 3 T molasses 1-2 T water
Place 6 bone-in pork chops in baking pan. Wisk together worcestershire, chili sauce, mustard, vinegar, onion and 2 T molasses. Pour over chops, turn to coat. Marinate in regrigerator 20 minutes. Remove chops from marinade; transfer marinade to small saucepan. Grill chops 5-inches from heat 6 to 8 min per side or until cooked through. Transfer to serving plate and let rest 5 min. Add remaining 1 T molasses and water to marinade in pan. Boil 3 min. Serve with pork. |
