1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine - melted 1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts 8 oz cream cheese 1 c. confectioners sugar 1 c. Cool Whip 2 pkg. instant pudding 3 c. milk
Add flour and chopped nuts to melted butter, bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes and cool. Cream the cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Fold in Cool Whip - spread on crust. Mix pudding and milk and put on mixture. Cool. Serve with Cool Whip. Use a 9.13 pan. Submitted by: Sally Briggs |
