President: Kevinette Considine, 508-747-5919. | Price: | $10.00 | Recipe Sample: | MANGO SALSA 2 ripe but firm mangoes, peeled 1/2 red bell pepper, roasted, peeled and seeded 1 Tbsp. Japanese sesame oil 4 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar salt and white pepper 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes Cut the mangoes into 1/4-inch cubes and set aside. Cut the bell pepper into 1/4-inch pieces and set aside. Combine the diced mango with the bell pepper, sesame oil, vinegar and chopped tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
