boneless skinless breast or tenderloins (one per person) cubed
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 or 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Teriyaki sauce
jar duck sauce
can pineapple chunks
3 Tbsp. honey
Put chicken, frozen in pan with no margarine. Add margarine, brown chicken pieces. When about half done add 3 or 4 tablespoon soy sauce. Stir in teriyaki sauce to coat chicken, add juice from pineapple. Cook about 3 to 4 minutes and add duck sauce. When almost done add honey. 2 to 3 minutes before finished, add one can pineapple. Serve over rice. |
