1 box chopped broccoli
1 md. onion, chopped
1/4 c. Oleo, melted
1 8 oz. jalapeno Cheese Whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. instant rice, uncooked
Mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Cook about 3 hours on high or about 8 hours on low, until rice is done and top is starting to crust.
